Rita Experience offers full-service floral design, styling and production for weddings, private
celebrations and selected events.
Each project is approached as a complete floral environment, shaped through artistic direction,
seasonal sourcing, refined composition and thoughtful production. From the first creative concept to the final on-site detail, our team works with care, precision and discretion.

What we create
Our role begins with creative direction: understanding your venue, your vision and the feeling you wish to create. From there, we develop a bespoke floral concept that brings together colour, texture, proportion, seasonality and space. Each design is translated into a clear floral proposal, including visual references, sketches and, when required, 3D visualisations.

For destination weddings and large-scale celebrations, our team coordinates sourcing, timelines, transport, installation requirements, local conditions and on-site styling with calm and logistical precision.
Depending on the destination and the nature of the project, flowers may be sourced through our trusted Dutch and European markets, selected local growers or specialist suppliers closer to the event location. Every decision is made with quality, seasonality and floral condition in mind. For complex productions, our team is scaled according to the needs of the project, bringing together the floral designers, production support and on-site crew required to execute each installation with precision and composure.
